1 1/2 hrs to assemble for two people. It does not shake or move when my teen niece practices, and she shoots the square hard. It is sturdy, yet manuerverable enough for her to push back/forth to the driveway. We live in Southern Arizona and the sun beats down, so that was a plus. I got this on sale, and I know i got a great deal. All the hoops have been taken down due to the Rona, and she needed to be able to practice. It did take about an hour and a half for my husband, but that included a few breaks to help with the kids. All the pieces were there and it has worked out great. We did put some rocks on the back of it just for extra stability on windy days.My husband tells me all the time this was the best, most used Christmas gift I've ever gotten him. My son loves it and anyone can play regardless of age. The app video is very helpful. Definitely need 2 people to build it. Set it at the height you want the pole from the beginning rather than waiting to after you've completely built it.
